Welcome to our Simply Soft Play Bromley

These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for hiring our bouncy castles and soft play equipment.

By booking with us you agree to these terms — but don’t worry, we’ve kept the legal bits short and the fun bits long. 🏰🙂

Booking, Deposits & Payment 💳

To secure your booking a deposit of £30.00 is required unless otherwise agreed.

The balance if not paid in full must be paid on day of delivery before event / party starts

Payments can be by CASH or BACS for deposit and balance on day of delivery.

A deposit is required to secure the date / equipment requested,

Deposits are to be paid when being booked or within 48hrs of being requested via email confirmation - dont worry we will contact you to remind you.

If deposit s not received when booking or after 48hrs from booking, we will not be able to secure the date or equipment requested.

The balance after deposit will be due on delivery date before party / events starts.

If the balance is not paid on delivery we reserve the right to cancel the booking and keep the deposit.

We will deliver, set up and collect the equipment within agreed times.
Please ensure access is clear and suitable for delivery staff & vehicles access.
Customer must provide a flat, level area free of sharp objects; Trees Stubs, Cloths Pole Inserts, Bushes, Raised Flooring, sharp fencing, Animal Foul
indoor hardwood floors may require adequate protection.
We [PAGE21]deliver around Bromley and surround areas - List will be expanding, some areas may occur a delivery charge customer will be made aware.
No delivery will take place unless a deposit has been paid in advanced of the date.
If we observe Face Painters / glitter / Confetti - We reserve the right to cancel, with holding the deposit !
There is strictly NO FACE PAINT, GLITTER OR CONFETTI aloud on any rquipment.

Safety first. Please follow these simple rules so everyone goes home smiling:

Adult supervision is required at all times — one responsible adult per unit is expected. 👀
Observe stated age limits and maximum capacities. No adults on children's units unless explicitly allowed.
No shoes, jewellery, sharp objects, food, gum, face paint of any kind, Confetti, silly string or drinks on inflatables or soft play.
No pets, smoking, barbecues or open flames within 5 metres of equipment.
Deflate or stop use if weather becomes unsafe (high winds, heavy rain, lightning). 🌧️
Do not attempt to move or repair equipment. Any faults should be reported immediately.

Cancellation by customer more than 72 hours before event: Full Refund
Cancellation under 72 hours before event: Deposit Held / Re-book Available
Cancellation on day: Deposit held / No Re-Book Available.
Amendments (date/time changes) are subject to availability. Attempts will be made to accommodate reasonable requests.
If we must cancel due to equipment failure or safety concerns we will offer a full refund or a suitable alternative.
We are not responsible for consequential losses. 🛠️

Customers are responsible for reasonable care of equipment while on hire.
Excessive damage, malicious damage, or excessive soiling will incur repair/cleaning charges deducted from the deposit or invoiced after the event.
We carry 5 Million public liability insurance for our operations; however, hirers are responsible for supervision and for ensuring rules are followed.
We cannot accept liability for injuries caused by failure to follow these Terms & Conditions. 🤕
In the event of Force Majeure (severe weather, government restrictions, etc.) we will offer rescheduling or a refund less any unavoidable costs.

By confirming a booking you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
