If you’re planning a party, school event or a “keep-the-kids-happy” weekend, we’ve got answers to the bits that usually make grown-ups frown

(but secretly smile). 🎉

Availability

We Hire Bouncy castles and soft Play from Bromley, Surround Areas and more all year round.

Weather & Wind

Inflatables must not be used when wind speeds exceed 23mph.

If this happens during your hire we’ll turn the unit off until it’s safe again.

If we cancel due to excessive wind you’ll receive a full refund or we’ll arrange an alternative date. Safety first, fun second (but still a close second). 🌬️

Rain and Sun

How to Pay

• Cash: Preferred to keep the price down 💷
• Bank Transfer: Also preferred — quick and easy 🏦
• Card Payment: Accepted, but a 3% fee applies to cover processing fees 💳

Pricing & Delivery

Equipment prices are listed on our website.

Delivery fees may apply depending on your area or postcode.

Hard surface charge for outdoor areas that are not grass (or indoor hard floors) is £40.00 — please contact us so we can advise and make sure everything fits perfectly. 🚚

Space Requirements

If you’re unsure about space, or anything else please please call 07759 807 980, WhatsApp photos or Contact Simply Soft Play — we love a good venue puzzle. Let’s make your event bouncy, safe and full of giggles! 🤸‍♀️

If enough notice given and time we can come and view the location being used - please request to see if possible.

Setups, Take Downs & Pick Ups

We generally allow 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for takedown, though this can vary depending on venue, access, location and parking.

Late pick-ups between 18:00–20:00 are charged at £15.00 per hour.

We currently do not offer overnight hires.

What We Supply

• Inflatable or Soft Play, Blowers, safety mats, pegs and sand bags — all included in the hire.
• Power leads and RCDs supplied and socket for power is tested; we provide leads up to 50m. Please let us know if you think you’ll need more than that.
• £5 million Public Liability Insurance,, PAT tests, PIPA checks and Risk Assessments are available for Hirers and Venues who request - These are available once booked and on the day of the event.

Supervisors

DBS-checked supervisors, 18yrs above are available at £15.00 per hour.

They’re here to oversee safe play and look after the equipment — helpful, but not a substitute for parental supervision or security staff. 👀

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel 72 hours or more before the hire: Full Refund.
• Cancel under 72 hours: Deposit is held; balance returned. Date changes accepted.
• Same day cancellations: Deposit is held; balance not returned. No date changes available for same-day cancellations.

Rules (Please Read — They Keep Everyone Smiling)

1. No food, face paint, confetti, water or any liquids on our equipment. Sticky situations = no thanks. 🚫🍕
2. No sharp objects, shoes (including high heels), or glasses inside inflatables.
3. No climbing on walls or the top of inflatable units at any time.
4. Do not unplug or move the unit once it’s been set up.
5. We understand kids will be kids - if an accident with food or liquid occurs clean it off and let us know !
